carl Kessinger Carl Kessinger was raised in Oklahoma, receiving both his Bachelor of Science degree in Medial Technology, and his law degree from University of Oklahoma. Carl moved to St. Louis following graduation from law school in 1988, where he began working with a large insurance defense firm defending employers and insurers in Missouri and Illinois workers’ compensation cases. Carl joined Mr. Friedman’s office in August, 2008, where he now concentrates his practice in handling Federal Employer’s Liability Act cases. He is currently licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.
