Bachelor of Arts degree, with College
Honors, from Washington University
in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor degree
from Washington University School of
Law. Scott is a member of the Missouri
Bar, the State Bar of Montana, the
Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys,
the American Bar Association, and the
Golden Key International Honour Society.
