North Platte NERaymond A. Smith Ray was a Union Pacific Carmen in
North Platte, Nebraska for 35 years.
Ray served as Local Chairman of Lodge
6832 for 10 years. He was elected General
Chairman of Joint Protective Board
#510 in 1991 and served for ten years
until merged with Missouri Pacific
JPB #320 at which time Ray served as
an Assistant to the General Chairman
until his retirement in May 2002. Ray
has worked with our office since 2002
in North Platte, Nebraska and the surrounding
areas.
