Gilbert Loftin

Gilbert loftinGilbert Loftin hired on the Missouri Pacific Railroad in 1966 in San Antonio, Texas as a carman apprentice. Between 1966 and 1972, Gilbert served various lodge officer positions such as Chaplin and Vice Local Chairman. Gilbert was promoted to ARASA Foreman in 1972. He was then elected to the position of General Chairman ARASA 5060 in 1992. He also served as General Secretary Treasurer ARASA Division of TCU 1999. Gilbert retired in 2005 and is a wonderful addition to our office in Houston, Texas.

Gilbert and his wife, Thelma, now reside in Rockport, TX and they have three children, eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
