Stephen Robison, Sr.

Stephen RobinsonSteve Robison began his employment with the Missouri Pacific Railroad company as a carman apprentice in 1969. After completing a four-year carman apprenticeship, Steve continued his employment with the Missouri Pacific until 1986 as a Journeyman Carman, which included all aspects of freight car inspection, light and heavy freight car repairs, welding, mechanical and air brake inspections and outbound train preparation. He was employed at St. Louis, Missouri; Dupo, Illinois; Chester, Illinois; Bismark, Missouri; and DeSoto, Missouri. Steve was elected and served as Chairman of the Local Protective Board in St. Louis from 1980 until 1985. Steve completed courses in the handling of claims and grievances and conducting investigations and hearings. Since 1985, Steve has been actively involved in the investigation and preparation of injury cases under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. Steve has served as our Chief Investigator since the retirement of Bob Beswick in 1996. Steve has undertaken extensive responsibilities and has contributed invaluably to our investigative efforts.

Dana McClenahan

dana McClenahanDana McClenahan started his railroad employment in 1970 as a carman apprentice with the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in Dupo, Illinois. After completing his four-year carman apprenticeship, Dana continued his employment with the Missouri Pacific until 1984. During that time, Dana's employment duties required him to become familiar with all aspects of freight car inspection, light and heavy freight car repairs, welding, mechanical and air brake inspections and outbound train preparation. Dana has been employed as a field representative by my office since 1984. He has been engaged in a variety of duties involving the investigation and preparation of injury cases under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. Dana has been an invaluable member of our investigative team.
