McClenahan started his railroad employment
in 1970 as a carman apprentice with
the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
in Dupo, Illinois. After completing
his four-year carman apprenticeship,

the Missouri Pacific until 1984. During
that time, Dana's employment duties
required him to become familiar with
all aspects of freight car inspection,
light and heavy freight car repairs,
welding, mechanical and air brake inspections
and outbound train preparation. Dana

by my office since 1984. He has been
